- Sorry for the sound, but I had to use my muffled mic to block out the copyrighted music.
Even with rain in the air, a good amount of cars showed up on Friday at the National Street Rod Association’s, Southeast Nationals, in Tampa, FL. I’m always amazed at the quality of the cars that show up at an NSRA event. NSRA is going to give away all the prizes not given out at the previously cancelled events. Wish me luck, LOL.
I live in Tampa. I have a bad ass 1970 C10--- why wasn't this made public? I would have come
Someone said they advertised it on channel 8 and 9. I belong to the NSRA so I knew about it. It’s going to be held the first weekend of December for the next 2 years at the fairgrounds.
@@37spiker thanks for the info!
@catmodelt I'm 67, I do most of the work on the truck myself so that I can stay away from adolescents like you at the " shop " who if it wasn't for hooking up a laptop to the car you wouldn't know if you had a 8 or a 6 cylinder motor. Enjoy your free magazines at the shop!!!
i never know when these shows are gonna pop up either..who did i make mad lol!?
@@ivanmitchell3876 i guess catmodelt deleted his comment 🙃
He luvs streetrods, mercs painted purple, fords & bel airs, studebakers, coyote engines, concave dashes...must have been around these cars all his life...Respect. Wish ud go down Chevelle lanes...66 - 71 396, 454s...LS5 & LS6
I try and get those also. One of my favorites I owned, was a 68 SS Chevelle, brand new. I blew up the 375 horse 396 and put an L88 427 in it.
Hey hey!! You shot my 1924 Ford Tall T chopped 11" at the 44:20mark. Cool!!! Many Thnx!!! Covid built Rat rod from scrap pieces found on a farm. Great show this weekend. Beautiful machines! John
I love it. When I was younger I looked for for a tall T for about 5 years and finally gave up. I love chopped tall T’s. I think I got you driving by also, on Saturday or Sundays video.

Great work
Thanks also for catching more For Sale vehicles and prices always interesting to see.
George from GA
Thank you
why isn"t anyone wearing a mask?
There were quite a few people wearing them. I wore one all day. But if the closest person Is twelve feet away I think you’re safe. You had to wear one inside the building.
Very good show Bill. I enjoyed it very much. Thanks for all you do for the rest of us. Ronnie.
I’m glad you enjoy them.
Great job, Bill.......you're right about that '61 Buick convertible and did I see a '62 Caddy convertible earlier?.....y'know with the double fins, one high & one low. I worked at GM's Design Center for 40 years and while at the Adv. Studio in the Northeast corner of the Tech Center Designer Dave Ross did a proposal rendering for a retro 2 seat Caddy convertible based on the '62 design....dual fins and all. Boy was it ever sweet! That was awesome .......as far as I'm concerned, those '60's converts aren't complete until I see slanted dual antennas on the rear quarters!
Thank you and thank you for the behind the scenes story.
Great Job, hitting it early before the masses hit...
When your doing a great job with the coverage ,your missing all the pinstriping design shots by quick scanning them, and you never seek out pinstriping being done at the shows…
I’m lucky if my back holds out just doing cars. 😩
Thank you again, for taking us to Tampa NSRA, Great job !.
Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Your coupe looks way more user friendly, for $100k you could build 2 factory fives
