    1. What's your preferred electrolyte powder to start your morning?
    2. Do you prefer jogging the recovery portions or walking?

      The electrolyte powder is BPN Supps, you really get your bang for your buck with that because it has the electrolytes in the quantities needed with plenty of servings.
      For the second question it depends on what you are training for, do some workouts it is good to jog for recovery, however you do not need to be running as fast if you are doing that. Very hard sprinting -> walk. Increased speed from easy runs but no very hard -> jog in between. (Let me know if that makes sense, I personally do both depending on whether it is a lactate threshold type day or a tempo day.)

    Cool video LT. I'm active duty Air Force and started uploading similar content. Have you gotten any negative backlash from the videos?

      There will always be some, but there have been few and far between. I keep making content because filming and editing and making the videos is a passion for me. Keep uploading and ignore any backlash. 🤙🏼
