Not as smuch due to engineering but more due to google spending actual resources on improving wearos. Moboi has had a coprocessor for their last two watches aka since over three years ago. They made their own in house coprocessor that can run everything without the main soc for their ticwatch pro 3. And for the ticwatch pro 5 they switched to the coprocessor qualcomm offered with their soc in the snapdragon w5+ (the + stands for the coprocessor version). I hope mobvoi will also be allowed to use the improvements with "hybrid" wearos, because they have had the hardware for years but google doesn't seem to care about the old wearos companies like fossil and mobvoi which is the reason fossil quit.
Depends on what's your priority for a smartwatch. Galaxy Watch 6 has better features overall but the battery life on the OPPO is magnitudes better if you use the supported watchmaker with their dual engine system. Price isn't that much different between the two (for my country at least) and it totally depends on what you prioritize. Yes this watch works with Samsung phones.
I haven't got 4 days battery life on my OnePlus watch 2 no matter how I used it. The longest was 3,5 days cant get longer than that. If you have any tips and trix I'm up for it.

Can you have other languages other than chinese and english? So we have to register a chinese account for the watch to work outside China like with oppo watch pro 4? Or are we obliged to buy the oneplus version to have all features outside China? Thanks

How can you unlock the Oppo Watch X Chinese version to work abroad?
Since this is running in Wear OS will it be compatible to Wearable Apps of samsung?
Nope. Wearables app is exclusive to Samsung watches only
You can side load the Samsung apps, but it will be a pain

You can type a message. It's running on WearOS so you can practically install Gboard and use that on the watch.
