Minecraft but the Biomes are Randomized

In this Minecraft video, the world is randomized to make it more challenging to beat the game. Parts of the nether can appear in the overworld, random mobs spawn in each biome, and what ores can show up is randomized too.

What did you use to randomize this? I’ve been looking for Minecraft randomizes that actually do more with datapacks than just loot tables and crafting
