I have a question for you, what about a warmdown for lip fatigue? I also have a bad habit of pressing too much on my top lip. contributing to fatigue. What are some possible solutions to this?
To warm down I like to play pedal notes chromatically up and down at a piano level, and remember to not push in on the mouthpiece while playing, it's really hard but you should do more work with your air than the pressure on the mouthpiece and of your embrouchure good luck !! :)
If you have the time to drop the jaw, then that is definitely a possibility, but sometimes music gies us very little time to breathe. That's why I would avoid it. My online academy goes through this in detail.
Thank you, fantastic
Could you do a mouthpiece buzzing video? I would love to know how to connect the buzz to playing the instrument, and what the buzz should sound like!

Taking breath in through your mouth rather than your nose might help. I was taught this long ago.
