20 Min Rebounding Circuit for Fatigue & Low Energy Days on a Jumpsport Fitness Trampoline

  • Fatigue hits us all at times but rebounding can be a great way to boost the lymphatic system and boost your mood.
    This circuit class has been put together for those days when we maybe don't have a lot of energy but at the same time don't want to skip out on doing any exercise. If you have been suffering from an illness or medical condition and you are finding the road back to health a slow one, then try this workout to aid you back to your fitness level.
    We are actively working for 30 secs on our rebounder with then a nice recovery period for 30 secs that you can either choose to stay with me and rock it out or just stop altogether to give your body a chance to catch up.
    Whatever you do just be proud that today you pushed on through and gave your body some movement.

    Definitely going to be a workout I return to often, as I am healing lymphedema in the legs and my legs aren't working great yet. I was able to keep moving even if I couldn't do all the leg movements exactly, and the variety was perfect. Arm movements are also perfect, I have to modify the left side but finding out it is able to move farther than I thought! I have stage 4 cancer with big effect on the left chest area so this is wonderful to jump into and feel energized by the movement. So, so important for getting that lymph to respond again. Thank you so much!

      Have you tried the other low impact workouts we have in this beginners category?
      We have one for plus size and also for restricted movement. Both are slower paced workouts and wonderful for that low impact option.

    Found you via Instagram. Love this. Many of the rebounder workouts on RUclips are so frenetic. I find your voice and this music calming, and yet there is energy. I'm 58, former runner and dancer, and Ive been rebounding daily since July 4.

    Hi! I was an avid rebounder (love your workouts) until I injured my back last October. I couldn't do much for a long time, but I've been in physiotherapy and doing strenght exercises. Yesterday, FINALLY, I was able to follow your 20-minute low impact video with absolutely no pain. I'm so happy!! I'll try this one today and see how I feel. Thank you!!

    Did a big walk today so felt tired afterwards , but still wanted to do a little workout. This was perfect and weirdly i found i had more energy as it went on , so i carried each exercise through the rest parts. Its really perked me up. So I'm definitely doing this again and I'm still smiling. 😄😄

    Thank you so much for this workout! I am recovering from being sick for over a month and am humbly returning to exercise.       We have one for Restricted Movement and also Plus Size. Both are great for showing adaptations when it comes to pace and also the speed of the music is a lot slower to help focus on correct technique

    I was advised I needed to walk when I 1st got up for my back pain but it is dark and cold where I live right now this is a perfect alternative!!!

    Definitely a Meh day today...dreary and rainy here so i added this on to my weights workout and immediately felt better. A great workout that you can make your own , and i loved the stretching and toning at the end ..i did those twice. 😊

    That was great! I have a high stress job so this session is perfect. I feel like I have had a workout but my tank still has fuel in it, if you know what I mean.

      @@1979fabrice take a look in the circuit playlist as we have a huge selection there. If a video is too fast you can slow it down by using the playback settings and changing the speed there

      😆😆😆 yes but it’s up to you how much effort you put into the workout. I’m glad you tried it. We do have another one for restricted movement that is slightly slower and you can try that one to if this was a bit much. Thank you for joining me

      We have some stretches in our supple strength playlist but generally most of our classes we add them onto the end of the workout.

    Really enjoyable beginners workout. Perfect. I noticed you are barefoot. Do you recommend this or trainers for beginners. Or should it be barefoot all the way?

      Thank you. It depends what type of trampoline you have? If it’s bungee cord like ours then that’s fine but with sprung we would always recommend wearing trainers
