This is clearly a domino effect stemming from Cucurella's decision that led to his red card, causing him to miss such an important game like today. Without his dismissal, there would be no logical reason for a competent coach to put Disasi on the pitch. His presence completely disrupted the dynamics of the right and left backs, affecting the team’s ability to attack effectively. Watching Pedro repeatedly run back to cover for Disasi is unsettling it’s enough to scare any attacker into leaving him alone to either defend or assist the attack, neither of which he seems to be doing properly. This disruption clearly impacted the entire team. Cucurella’s presence would have annoyed the opposing team, possibly triggering a goal or motivating the midfield. His absence even seemed to affect Cole Palmer’s movement. On the left side, even an underperforming Chilwell would have defended better, allowing Gusto to operate in his natural position. We don't want untouchable players
We needed Joao Felix than palmer
Truth be told, Palmer was poor today and Felix could have done something. Guiu should have been brought on for Jackson and Veiga should have started. Anyways the struggle continues
