Imagine being in a wheelchair, your husband is also in a wheelchair, but your council says you need less care.
It's estimated that more than two million older people are not getting the care that they need, as councils struggle with rising demand on services. An exclusive Sky News survey of care providers suggests that councils are cutting back hard, and in some cases care is being cancelled altogether.
