I think dapat magkaron Ng separate civilian training na conducted privately or outside AFP reserve kasi for sure Hindi Rin madaling pumasok at mag pa schedule Ng training Ng BCMT dahil by batch sya, and civilians need to be trained as soon as possible on how to respond dahil gugulatin na lang Tayo Ng gyera.
Itong mga oagawaan Ng mga armas natin ay kelangan gawan Ng presidential decree na maggawa Ng mga armas.. libulibung armas na sniper rifle Yung malayo Ang aabutin.
