@@vqxm7 I lost an inch and a half around my waist! I lost 3 pounds by the end of January, and I’m planning to weight myself again at the end of February!
@@vqxm7 nope, no changes! I’d already been eating cleaner for months before, with weekly indulgences/“cheats”. And actually the last week in January, I think I had fast food 3 times and one night of heavy drinking and snacks! I don’t deprive myself but I do try to incorporate vegetables, protein, and healthy fats with as many meals as I can!
No specific diet, but I’ve been tracking my macros for several months with great results!! If that’s something you’re interested I’d definitely recommend checking out the Macros Inc. facebook group!!

Did you hold the handles or hands off the whole time ?
I started holding the handles, then every day I tried to keep my hands off longer and longer. The last few days I kept them off the whole time!
