A couple of months ago when I built my 7800X3D gaming PC, I had the choice between this and the NH-D15S chromax as they were very similar in price and dimensions. Glad I chose the Noctua.
I believe that single tower air coolers are best for AM5, due to the orientation of the heat pipes running top to bottom rather than side to side between the two towers of a twin tower cooler. Maybe you could test this theory?
I am thinking about using this on the ITX MiniNeo s300 case, I will modify the side panel, cut a hole so the Deepcool 4s can stick out. I am trying to build as small a case as possible without having temperature issues.
@@STSYT ShakingTank was just a "brand" that a certain reseller was using to sell existing stock using a loophole. If you have noticed, once they went through that stock, the product is no longer in stock and won't be restocked. Deepcool the company had nothing to do with ShakingTank. There are no Deepcool coolers being allowed to be imported into the US so the only thing getting sold is old stock.
@@ZoneXV i assumed this to be true as well to an extent, but u CAN still import into US from international sites. So unless u work for deepcool, i highly doubt u are 100% positive of anything u just said whatsoever.
people who'd like a smaller version of the most minimalist-looking air cooler on the market? :p it's not like AIOs should hold the monopoly on having the option to sacrifice performance for aesthetics.

You slayed it on this comparison
Seems like the only reason to go for this cooler is its looks. It does look nice got to admit.

The Scuthe Mugen seems to work pretty well, you must be onto something
Test Gelid Gale fan please. I know you tested extreme version but i am incredibly curious about the normal version.

Nice review, i think im gonna buy freezer 36 black for 19euro
Fewer fans mean less performance, which means faster fan speed needed = louder fan.
but invisible fan
@@samsowden can't see, but can hear, lol
how can put my hands on deepcool products?
i live in the middle east, i need company or website that can accept international orders.

So the conclusion is? Better get the thermalright? Right?

No do the same thing with a 38mm server fan. 😂
deepcool lost the plot. all the assassin 4 models are louder than the previous offerings and more expensive.....
