    The problem persists in the Notebook PU401LA -Windows 10- 64 bits...all the sugestions in the video are tested...the problem persist

    I have downloaded and updated the bios, updated all the drivers and restarted 1000x. Nothing seems to work to fix my Bluetooth issue. I have an Asus tuf a17 fx707ZM. Everything was working before 2 weeks ago. The Bluetooth stutters to no sound or wont connect at all in discovery, this is with wireless headphones, speakers controllers or earbuds, the Bluetooth devices work fine and nothing is damaged or defective. please help. the warranty just expired and this happens. I'm so disappointed with this company. This is the second issue I had with this laptop in 1 year.

      I suggest trying to restore the laptop's system and then verifying if the issue improves. If the problem persists and the laptop is no longer under warranty, you may consider using an external Bluetooth receiver as an alternative. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

      @@asus_support My model is FA706IHR and when playing games my bluetooth and wifi turns off and the icons are removed in the notifications task bar. The bluetooth and wifi devices are hidden in the device manager. I tried using an external bluetooth and wifi usb and it is also being turned off. Restarting the laptop multiple times is my temporary solution.

    Have a problem with Asus rog ally and my xbox controller all the time losing connection same for my logi mx master 25, please 🙏 help it so annoying when I play, valkyria chronicles 1 og 4

      @@asus_support Given thats the same reply you've been giving to everyone, you are either going to end up with a huge stack of Asus returns at your "service centers" or have no customers in the future. Which do you think will happen first?
