Hey Everyone 👋 So what do you think of the food we showed you in The Olive Grove? Is it a nice change from the traditional MDR or a big fail? We let you know what we think in the video 😁
Hi, we followed you on the Iona but did not try the Olive Grove. We are looking at another cruise possibly following you again to the Med. The food review was useful to us as it gives us a realistic view of what the food actually looks like. Thanks again.
We have booked for 2 weeks Med on the Arvia for May 2026 and really looking forward to it. Watching these video’s helps me learn about the different types of grub and noshing places. The downside is I’m salivating watching you eat.
We tried both A & B menus on the transatlantic crossing back to Southampton in March. We loved the Olive Grove very much, & so pleased it forms as a MDR on Arvia. From Marie & Alan ( up the road from you in Newcastle Staffs). X
That food looks right up my street, all of it. I definitely would’ve tried the lamb tagline. Regarding the rice-flour shortcake biscuits, I’d imagine it’s an option for coeliacs as there’s no gluten in it. Great video as always guys. Loved it.
Enjoyed both menu's in olive Grove when on Arvia. Only one dessert each and no ice cream on the side !!!!! You must have been full . Lol. Great vlog again.
Loved coming along with you to the Olive Grove, Kev and Stacey. Nice change from the main dining room. The food looked delicious and It's great that you went ahead and "forced" the desert! 🤣🤣The video came out fine despite the lighting. We would love to try it. Then when we're as stuffed as you, go take a nap!
Hi Dave and Kathy hope you're both ok and haha yes we forced the dessert down but only in the name of science of course 🤣 hope you're both enjoying your travels
Hi Kev and Stacey. What a lovely couple you are ❤, you describe everything so well. Thoroughly enjoy your content. My husband and I are going on P&O Iona in October to the Canaries so I will be binge watching your videos 😄
Another great video guys, love your food review videos. Looks a really good place seeing as it's all included. Makes a nice change from the normal food in the main dining room
Kev Stace love your passion for food previously tried this restaurant on Britannia the menu was quite limited & didn’t change it was just OK Looks far better on Arvia Filming was great not dark at all Thanks for sacrificing the window seat for the sake of the Vlog 👍
Hi you two, really enjoying your videos and the honest information. After 3 cancellations we have come back to book our first cruise on this cruise next June so taking all the points in. Keep them coming.
Hi Stracey and Kev, thank you for your reviews which we appreciate. We are also looking at the Arvia for a cruise and would appreciate your thoughts on how busy the ship with 5800 passengers is and if you found it crowded. Obviously this is for your final review video.
Just got back from Arvia,. On celebration night the menu in the olive grove was the same as main dining room. Also preferred menu b. Olive grove much better on Iona
Oh right that's strange, I mean we showed it in the video its completely different. For both formal nights there was a completely different menu in there when we were on and that was only back in June/July
Hello guys. Just a quick message to say that you can book before you go onboard, I did 👍👍 As you said the only time’s available were between 5:30pm and 6:30pm (same as 6th Street) I booked all mine 14 days before
I was up at the crack of sparrows booking everything so perhaps the option had gone when you tried. I was in there the night you were filming. Loved it! I’ll send you my booking email to show you 👍👍
Oh no we believe you just saying for us it wouldn't let us book it so we can only talk about our experience. We ate here quite a few times so it was easy enough to book whilst onboard for those that don't want to plan too much in advance
The Olive Grove on Arvia is ‘poor’….after talking to many people who have cruised with P&O in the past they confirm that the quality of the food in the ‘free’ restaurants has diminished…..who do you believe???
We ate in the Olive grove in December ‘24. To say the food was poor was an understatement, wife left most of her meal, we cancelled a pre booked follow on.

Have a brilliant time when you go

Food videos are my favourite especially when I'm.going on cruises 😊
😅 mine too. I always search videos of the food first, then videos of the ship
Lovely vlog. Love your merchandise. I’m going to do an order today x
Have to say love ur videos now watched 3 or 4 in row and its given us some great ideas for when we are on same ship in couple of weeks 👏
Another great video guys, love your food review videos. Looks a really good place seeing as it's all included. Makes a nice change from the normal food in the main dining room

Thanks so much Derek
Looking forward to going on arvia and really enjoy watching your videos thanks for doing this it a god send x
Thanks so much for watching
Another great video! Thank you
Another great video, so informative. Was disappointed with Olive Grove on Arvia thought it was much better on Iona
We were the other way around, we preferred it on the Arvia. We're all different though. Good job really or what a boring world we'd live In lol 😁🤪
I've not been on the Arvia but I think I prefer the Iona Olive Grove menu
Looks like a great place to get a bite.

Hi Nigel we will have a review coming out eventually but yes with that many passengers on it did feel very crowded at times
@@OneCouplesAdventure 👍
Me and my family went on the p and o ventura
Just got back from Arvia,. On celebration night the menu in the olive grove was the same as main dining room. Also preferred menu b. Olive grove much better on Iona

@@OneCouplesAdventure also first night of cruise was same as MDR. Didn't bother us because the virtual queue was shorter
We found that Olive Grove on Iona better than on Arvia.

It didn't let us pre book the Olive Grove, only the MDR was showing available for us

And we must of had a lie in that morning and missed the slots to prebook lol 🤪
I’m with Stacy - couldn’t eat the fish with the head on - no matter how much batter it had on it 🤢
I put the lemon over the fishes eyes so it can't look at me as I'm eating it!
I found olive Grove on iona was far better than arvia
The Olive Grove on Arvia is ‘poor’….after talking to many people who have cruised with P&O in the past they confirm that the quality of the food in the ‘free’ restaurants has diminished…..who do you believe???
We say what we think in the video but we only 1st cruised with P&O last year so can't compare to what they used to be like previously 👍
We ate in the Olive grove in December ‘24. To say the food was poor was an understatement, wife left most of her meal, we cancelled a pre booked follow on.
