I actually know the captain and the older guy cutting. I'm from PEI and have worked on a few different boats for close to 10 years. First off its a calm day. Second the hauler is running about half what other boats run. Third they are walking the socks instead of throwing them...and taking one sock at a time not 2 or 3 lol. Trust me it's a lot tougher and more dangerous than it looks in this video. One of the toughest jobs out there. I've roofed in august stacked 110 lb potatoes bags 13 hours a day and a cold windy Day in December when you're down a guy will have most guys quitting before the 3rd boat load.
