Yes, I'm the kind of person who's not able to get over the 21k I had spent on my wedding saree 10 years ago. So 35k for an Onam saree definitely looks extravagant to me. But they have a different lifestyle because they're celebrities. So they might be able to afford it comfortably. Some people want perfection in everything and are ready to go to any lengths to achieve it. People like me will be more than happy in a cheap copy of Kasav saree that costs around 1000. There are some people in Tvm who always shop at Parthas and Karalkada eventhough the rates are high.
