I don't normally do video but thought I'd give it a try this morning. This is my mate Rees Duncan taking advantage of the current swell on the Gold Coast. I decided I would do better on the technical side of the camera :-)

I love the message in this song. It's not the sun rise and shining. It's us individually rising for the day and shining with our talents. I spoke to an old mate yesterday I hadn't spoken to for a while. I thought we'd just lost touch, life gets busy, etc, but he'd been suffering badly with depression. So this is for all those people I know who have struggled lately. Depression stops you from seeing your inherent goodness and worth. It seems sometimes things are too much but seek the help you need and rise and shine you awesome bastards.
