Reminds me as a kid, me and my friends would take a skiff to tapps island golf course on lake Tapps in Washington state, dive for golf balls, then sell them too the golfers, we we're told the golf course owned the inlets, we said you may own the turf but don't own the water, as long as we didn't set foot on the land we were good, so we went inlet too inlet, I think like 6 of them, we still did it and got chased bye the grounds security, from one too the other!
