bro u know were on the tulane waitlist
Yea what about it
@@TheBrianNgo sry u didn't mention it in ur reaction
Are you telling me I got waitlisted bc I think I got rejected.
@@TheBrianNgo yea, i thought in the video u didnt see the waitlist bit and thought you got rejected, happened to me when i was applying. Overall congrats brother.
What’s ur UW?
4.0
Ncat is a historically black university, I hate how you applied and took a black persons spot when you had no intention on going. That’s alot of black kids dream school and I thought this was corny, but congrats on your acceptances.
it was just an in state safety school for him! im sure that wasn’t his intention
Dude…Historically black doesn’t mean exclusively black. Anyone can apply to an HBCU or a historically black college or university. In fact.. HBCU’s have quotas for races such as white.
I get it ( I am black myself) , HBCU’s and historically black college’s were built to provide education to black students who could not attend schools back then due to racial divide/segregation.
But that doesn’t mean that they are exclusively black…especially nowadays with the Brown vs Board of education Supreme Court case.
Anyone can apply anywhere! The school he applied to just so happened to be historically black. I doubt he had that intention. Plus, as the other comment said, it was most likely a safety for him in case he didn’t get into any other schools. All good! Congratulate him. Also, I doubt that he took a black kids spot. He probably filled a quota position, or the university simply wanted him.
this can be said for literally every other college even ivies; if someone gets into multiple ivies they take the place of someone who probably dreamed of going there since they were young
I’m sure if the school didn’t want him based off your logic, they would have rejected him right off the bat or talk to him about it via email, goofy.
shut up bro if they didnt get in he had better stats so he worked harder
