They're just some old Bontrager ones, they were old when I got them in 2019!

3.5 litres of water for 13 hours?! Yea, that is waaay off! Good job managing!
I would guzzle down more like 0.75-2 litres an hour during hot weather.

​@@FullBeansCyclingCompany Even a more stellar effort to go low fluid on a long hot ride! It's one of the worst feelings.
I have look into getting a carrying vest for extras but not seen any real need yet.
Will do my third Vätternrunda in 2025 (315 km) and I'll also join the L'Etape Denmark by Tour de france (300 km) two weeks later.
I do Vättenrundan with all my own food but I refill water at the aid stations. I think I'll use the aid stations more at L'Etape.

Is 48t the biggest chainring you can fit? I have the same frame and looking to swap my current 44t for something bigger. Thanks

Plenty of room for something bigger, not sure id ever want to put larger than a 48 on though!
