You're right, it is cross generational. I'm a 50yo Australian woman who has not been captivated by a band since my teens. Keep travelling down the Maneskin rabbit hole, l went into it in May last year and l haven't left.

As a rock/metal song by Maneskin you miss to react to "Lividi sui gomiti" (same level and angry like "In nome del padre"). You can also check the amazing ballads of this band; they are all in italian language and I strongly suggest you to have the translation of the lyrics (you can find on RUclips videos showing them). My preferred are: "Coraline" "Torna a casa" "Parole lontane"

For their Italian songs you should read the lyrics. This is very very angry song and worth it. For CORALINE is mandatory to react on a video lirycs with English translation and read line by line while the song plays

Damiano was literally crying by the end of the song. (and so were the rest of us watching) It's the sanremo version, where the artists perform supported by an orchestra, adding even more to what already is a great song in and of itself.
