I didn't look into his character before he was drafted and just kept reading that he wasn't a good teammate and was very arrogant, etc.
What I've seen of him so far makes me think very differently.

It’s easy to say the right things when you’ve had months to prepare for these interviews. He’s had character red flags throughout his college career. His arrogance is alarming. But best of luck to him and the Bears. Hopefully he and the team will be extremely successful despite his attitude.

This dude is so authentic and real...fields i always thought was very well spoken and confident but he obviously tried so hard to always say the 'right' thing's in the media and came off very robotic. Caleb Williams really want me over! I had my doubts at first, because of the outside noise from people telling me about myself needing to stop crying that I’m a winner and the winner is don’t cry.
