By far the best spot for blackened dragon scales and savage leather is The Pale Roost at the north western corner of Deepholm, where the elite dragons fall from the sky with 90% health missing. They spawn at a really quick rate, so much so that you can almost not keep up with them at times and if you have half decent gear, they die in a few hits. You'll also get a veritable shite tonne of greens and junk to vendor.
@@Seren-wow NP at all. I certainly got all of my last levels and enough to buy all the epic cata LW recipes there plus all the greens I needed for enchanting on another toon. Just need a good podcast or two to help you pass the time 😊
hehe apparently I didn't hide it well anyways! I mentioned before on videos where I have duo farmed, my friend plays shaman so I get him to send me clips so you can see from 2 angles. I'm the Death Knight getting hammered in the same clip!
Hey, I completely missed that from the video! I prefer blood myself. The GPH was around 2k but that was on Gehannas prices without processing anything.
@@Seren-wow if it's where the elite drakes are then yes. This was the spot back in 2011-12 that I continuously farmed. I think they have altered the potions though, they used to proc a lot more!

I just discovered that tooltip on potion of treasure finding is incorrect. You can get tiny treasure chests also in TB

Have they nerfed the potion of treasure finding? I did your croc farm and i have noticed i am getting a lot less of the treasures.
I really hope not! I don't see why they would as its been around since forever, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did.
