Ino surviving and needing medical care was a way to separate Yuji and Megumi, and also delay the Megumi-Toji interaction , now Yuji is on his own against Choso while Megumi had to carry Ino outside of the barrier.
@@anitaremenarova6662 Ino got beat to shit by Toji which is definitely enough to kill someone, and he doesn’t do anything in the story ever again so letting him live doesn’t do anything besides lessen the impact of the arc. And Ijichi is even worse
@@idontcare9661 go ahead then, give me a believable reason for Yuji and Megumi to split up at that moment. And like I said there is way more benfit of them surviving than killing them just for the sake of it. And characters like Ijichi even play a role later in the story.
One thing we know that Ogami didn’t, from “Geto” and Mahito’s conversation is that the soul and the body are more linked than many sorcerers believe. So Toji was able to overpower her grandson because his will was so strong that even when it was only his instincts in the body it could overwrite the brain.
It solidifies "Geto"'s conversation with Mahito post Sealing rather well, Mahitos worldview is either incorrect or not all encompassing. The body and the soul are intertwined in Tojis case, maybe due to his heavenly restriction? If techniques shape your world then I wonder what it says about other characters, especially ones like "Geto" and Sukuna
The way I see it: Toji's soul and body have no separation due to his lack of cursed energy. His body is his soul. "Geto's" soul is tied to his brain, which is the only physical piece of him left. And Sukuna is just a soul that can inhabit a physical body and replace the owner's soul with his own. When he does this, the body temporarily molds to fit Sukuna's soul.
Since Season 1 I knew blondie was a pushover who loved to pick on the weak, and last episode really solidified that. So to see him meet Nanamis fist this many times was SO cathargic.
I don't read the manga, so I don't know if this is true or not (and don't want to know! I'm speculating, not asking for spoilers): If you pay attention, you can see the purple "tears" on the blonde guy (never cared enough about him to learn his name) disappear. One disappears after Nobara collapses the ceiling on him, and he loses one more after each hit from Nanami. He DOES still have a few left before he gets blown away on that final hit, so very real chance he does survive.
I noticed that on another watch as well, and I was thinking about the common trend in how his fight went down with Nobara and his fight with Nanami. He got a lucky punch against her, was lucky enough that the ceiling didn't hurt him and lucky enough to not be killed by each of Nanami's hits. He was obviously in fear for his life realising how Nanami was obliterating him, saying "I died?! I would've, if not for my technique" or something along those lines. So... I think it's something that guarantees he survives something, at the very least, and potentially even lets him avoid danger entirely when it's a possibility. Like good fortune.
Unless he has more than the 6 on his face, I think he's dead. He lost one when Nobara collapsed the ceiling, the first punch from Nanami sending him across the room, and the one that caved him into the wall he was against and shattered the glass. That was the 3 on the right side of his face, leaving 3 left. If it's lives or luck keeping him alive when he would've died, I think he lost one when Nanami did his final punch (that hit would've shattered his body realistically), another when he went through the mall and cratered into the building across the street (also likely would've shattered his body), and when the sign above him collapsed just where he landed. Ofc no confirmation, but I think he probably croaked.

Ikr. You'd think they'd get that when Sukuna literally laughed like a douche at Yuji's despair after Junpei died. That guy is not some misunderstood dude that needs to be talk-no-jutsu'd like Kurama. He is here for cruelty and chaos.
I definitely see the Kurama parrallel some people may go for. But for some anime only's, and this was how me and many of my friends in this category rationalized this, is that as time passes and Yuji consumes more fingers it becomes more viable for him to ensure Yuji lives. Just thought process wise, it made sense he was willing to let Yuji die with only 2 fingers because 90% of him still had a chance to incarnate in a more favorable environment. Some of us thought that as he got closer to 50% of Sukuna, Sukuna would start sweating a bit more and be worried that he may end up losing most of his power on an ever decreasing chance that one of the remaining fingers would properly incarnate. I still don't think he would use his 1 minute for that, but I can see how people would consider it as options dwindle for Sukuna outside of Yuji.
@iTakeItToFar It's fair to think that, only truly evil thing he's done is refuse to heal Junpei (which he might not have been able to do, but I think he could due to manga stuff) Itll be a few episodes til they realize he isnt an ally in the slightest
If he dies i die... also he kinda helped kick mahitos ass the first time just because he was more mad than vindictive. So there is a way. If super rare
Imagine being such a demon physically you can bully another man’s soul out of a COPY of your body. Insane. Our Jujutsu students are struggling this season so far, but at least we get the savior Nanamin showing the kids how it’s done. 😤
Regarding the survival of various people who by all reason should be chunky red smears: The mention of Ichiji aiming to be a sorcerer in relation to his surviving being run through several times makes me think that there's some kind of healing factor/damage avoidance that goes along with working closely with cursed energy. Blondie with the ponytail mentioned his technique was the only thing that kept Nanami's first punch from being lethal for him (which makes me nervous that he's effectively been off-screened since we didn't technically see a body, but of all the characters on either side in JJK he looks like he should be the most breakable), and Ino-san survived the reanimated Toji beatdown, so this would be a nice in-world retcon for voiced character durability. (Speaking of voiced characters, I looked up the VA for Ponytail because the way he delivered the 'Shoot!' line made methink he'd been in a recent soccer-based anime (not really, he's been in a ton of baseball anime and did a voice in Captain Tsubasa) and found out among many other roles he's also the voice of Shinsou from My Hero, and Pouf from Hunter X Hunter. XD )
It's seems to me that they love dark tragic stuff and have a very pessimistic view on stories Jacob is cool but idk Caleb just wants death for the sake of death I guarantee you he is wishing for a certain character safety but when something happens he just says okay let's move on he even makes fun of their death or their end no matter how he likes the character 🤣🤣 example when hange died in aot besides appreciating her character he just roasts her by saying how she failed the scouts and didn't amount to anything as a leader to erwin which is NOT the case whatsoever thats cap its not her fault things ended up this way ino needed to not die here so yuji and megumi can split up sae with ijichi they just want meaningless death and despair
Early in the season when Gojo first gets stabbed by Toji, he mentions that it didn't seriously wound him because he reinforced his body with cursed energy. He said it was like a pin going through a cloth. So that's pretty good confirmation that cursed energy manipulation could have protected Ijichi from taking serious damage after the stab wounds.
Sorcerers are shown to be difficult to kill when they have cursed energy. Gojo for example reinforced his insides which drastically limited the damage he took from Toji initially stabbing him. Ijichi unlike the other assistants survived because he could actually reinforce his body to some degree.
Random but it's been a personal headcanon of mine that cursed energy can dull your nerves among other things. There's no evidence for this except every character in this show having such a crazy high pain tolerance threshold that I wanted there to be some reason to justify it.
People just forget that sukuna ain't kurama. Sukuna don't care people. He is just looking out for himself. To be fair... you'll see that in shibuya arc.
12:47 Gojo vs Toji or Toji vs Geto weren't one-sided. Toji really had to work to beat Gojo and Toji wasn't a complete blowout. Nor was Mechamaru vs Mahito(Mechamaru DID actually have a good shot at winning that.)
Even considering the result, yes, Yuji was insanely lucky. The poison of Choso's blood doesn't work on him, he had Mechamaru's advice who studies with Kamo, Choso is the least experienced and weakest of the present special grades (discounting Small pox), and Yuji got his CT activated without knowing anything about it, possibly by the link he has with Choso. Yuji had max luck during that encounter. Jogo would have beaten him easily to feed him Sukuna's fingers, and he was nowhere nearly ready to face and win against Mahito at that point.
@acrabdevis yes, he was lucky that it was Choso he fought 1v1 because reasons, but the idea that Yuji had a chance against any of the 3 as how he said it implied, makes me cry laugh.
Not spoilers, im an anime only, but in my head every non-death is just another potential Sukuna victim :P The only thing worse than a character dying in a fight with a villain is a character dying due to the direct failure of a protagonist. Thats what made Junpei hit so hard.
I think people are overestimating in the commonality of death in JJK, as named character goes it's not like death happens every arc* on the topic of Ino and Ijicji surviving, as stated Ijichi did train to be an actual sorcerer even if that didn't work out, as with Ino he didn't technically fight Toji this might be a headcanon but Toji wasn't in control at the time so you can easily chalk it up to the "grandson" not being able to fully utilize or wasn't as thorough as the real deal. [semi-spoiler] *at least so far for the anime lol also lmao people misunderstanding Sukuna's character always makes me laugh like how Sukuna and Mahito laugh at Yuji that one time.
It was very very fun to watch this ep as a manga reader and keeping my eyes on Jojo siwa looking ass bc his ability is actually so obvious if you look closely
@@Skarakis.1 Im sure they are aware its coming out, but I havent heard anything that i can recall. That said, they love Monster and I assume they both want to react to it. Worst case is its a dictator slot choice from one of them
Quick reminder that even though Toji has what is, at this point in the story, the absolute peak of pure physical ability a human is capable of, he still has no cursed energy, so he can't enhance his punches any further. Meanwhile Ino can, therefore softening the blows he was taking. Still taking like... Itadori level raw strength, which is probably more than enough to kill someone, but it's survivable. Also important to remember that aside from his Heavenly Restriction, what REALLY makes Toji so deadly are his weapons, which he no longer has access to. Without them, he's definitely not harmless, but his lethality droms by say... 25 percent? Maybe 30? Long story short, Ino surviving isn't quite as unbelievable as it'd initially seem.

He's a fully fledged sorcerer
You guys are IN for a treat next episode!
Yuji is very lucky to have to face Choso and even better, Sukuna will clearly show up and help if things get difficult... right?
Lessons should've been learned:
Sukuna doesn't ever show up unless he's forced to or there's a chance he gets to be a huge dick
@@nikolab.4065 Yuji: Sukuna! Try to buy me just a little time!
Sukuna: Ooh, uhh...Ahhh, sorry....There's a tax for that.
The bros really underestimating Choso at the end of this ep whoa-...
I'm soooo hyped for next episode's reaction!!! This is going to be amazing!
Pouf from HxH makes sense, lol
Choso officially makes his entrance into the hearts of every viewer soon ❤❤
About one sided fights...i am SO looking forward for you guys to see the next ep!
People just forget that sukuna ain't kurama. Sukuna don't care people. He is just looking out for himself. To be fair... you'll see that in shibuya arc.
I don't think anyone forgets. At most people forget that Sukuna won't die if Yuji does.
This episode was perfect for all the nanami girlies
お二人のリアクションは感性豊かで、観ていてとても楽しいです。
『葬送のフリーレン』とかもお二人がどんな受け取り方をされるのか見てみたいです😊
日本のアニメを愛してくれてありがとうございます!
Thank you for uploading!
i'm japan! You are super fan fan fan ! It's very love!
12:47 Gojo vs Toji or Toji vs Geto weren't one-sided. Toji really had to work to beat Gojo and Toji wasn't a complete blowout. Nor was Mechamaru vs Mahito(Mechamaru DID actually have a good shot at winning that.)
Did anyone else automatically add the Stone-Cold Steve Austin theme when Nanami broke through the glass?
he said ''lucky'' 😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Even considering the result, yes, Yuji was insanely lucky. The poison of Choso's blood doesn't work on him, he had Mechamaru's advice who studies with Kamo, Choso is the least experienced and weakest of the present special grades (discounting Small pox), and Yuji got his CT activated without knowing anything about it, possibly by the link he has with Choso.
Yuji had max luck during that encounter. Jogo would have beaten him easily to feed him Sukuna's fingers, and he was nowhere nearly ready to face and win against Mahito at that point.
@@acrabdevis but bruh in the end he lost, if wasnt the memory thing itadori would be clapped 😂
@acrabdevis yes, he was lucky that it was Choso he fought 1v1 because reasons, but the idea that Yuji had a chance against any of the 3 as how he said it implied, makes me cry laugh.
I'm glad you all recognized Ichichi's survival. It's sad because most people forget that Ichichi is alive (。ノω\。)
They beefed up Nanami so much for this episode I swear-
This is jump kaisen no 1 on 1 fights 😂😂
Not spoilers, im an anime only, but in my head every non-death is just another potential Sukuna victim :P
The only thing worse than a character dying in a fight with a villain is a character dying due to the direct failure of a protagonist. Thats what made Junpei hit so hard.
Na-Na-Nanami
Give me the size and places
Na-Na-Nanami
Or else your face gets caved with

And all the fans be chanting
"Na-Na-Nanami"
It's Nanaming time
I think people are overestimating in the commonality of death in JJK, as named character goes it's not like death happens every arc*
on the topic of Ino and Ijicji surviving, as stated Ijichi did train to be an actual sorcerer even if that didn't work out, as with Ino he didn't technically fight Toji this might be a headcanon but Toji wasn't in control at the time so you can easily chalk it up to the "grandson" not being able to fully utilize or wasn't as thorough as the real deal.
[semi-spoiler]
*at least so far for the anime lol
also lmao people misunderstanding Sukuna's character always makes me laugh like how Sukuna and Mahito laugh at Yuji that one time.
I agree that his character is misunderstood, but in what way is it misunderstood?
It was very very fun to watch this ep as a manga reader and keeping my eyes on Jojo siwa looking ass bc his ability is actually so obvious if you look closely
The way they remixed Nanami's music and made him scary
One of the things i most look forward to seeing animated is Zenin-san's technique, the old man with Maki. You'll love it
Ah yes, LUCKY for Choso finding Yuuji 💀
Urasawas pluto launches tomorrow
hope they watch it soon, I CANNOT wait
@@Alex-bH1 have they said anything about it or you just hope?
they need to watch it i’m going to be so upset if they dont
@@Skarakis.1 Im sure they are aware its coming out, but I havent heard anything that i can recall.
That said, they love Monster and I assume they both want to react to it. Worst case is its a dictator slot choice from one of them
伊地知さんは七海の後輩なので、アニメのように怒っていても納得できる……
Ma man Toji came back to cook the elderly and beat up young adults
"Itadori....you've got it from here"
Mannnnnn
@@raec5426 I'm really curious how people will react to gege killing fan favourites left and right with no remorse will they say whatever and move on or get traumatized like us 🤣🤣🤣🤣😭
@@mohamedismail6777 That's why "Gege when I catch you" trended after THAT chapter more recently. Gege is moving like a madman moving forward, starting with Shibuya. I'll be interested to see the anime reactions for this arc. That's why Mappa making everyone sexy to enjoy them in the moment.

i aint gay but damn nanami this episode had me acting up
I whole heartedly agree with that
If you go back and pay attention to the guy's face as Nanamin punches the shit out of him....perhaps you will notice something. :]
I love the Nanami parts of this episode.
Mostly because I can't wait to see the contrast.
What contrast ? 🤔 to who
Hey i never think that you pop up the lyrics of Bad Romance when you see the way of Mei Mei walks. She reminds me of Lady Gaga because you mentioned... because I used to love Gaga when she released The Fame, and The Fame Monster. I wish i have a chance to watch the anime together with you guys... I think i could get more inspiration from you and we could share our sense of values
I'm going to spoil a few things.
I think the author's intention is to keep those two alive now to reassure readers and viewers, and then to make readers and viewers despair in the deaths of the important people who are about to die.
My small.hope that Toji coming back will be a good thing. I mean he is a wild card right? He could help the good guys just as well as hurt them
"Lucky!"

Ahhahahhaha
Did you notice the purple tears disappearing after Nanami attack hmm what could that mean ?
The reason why the purple tears disappeared is proof that Sidetail's curse user was unconsciously using his own technique.
Yeah of course it's fucking OP@@onyasyamaru
Scene with Nanami is so good. But I hate how they didn't go after him after the hit... makes no sense.
Ah yes, the episode that made a million fan-girls need to change their panties.
Yall are so confidently wrong sometimes
Them complaining about the 2 characters not being dead is the funniest but also the dumbest thing ever
They are really blood thirsty with some shonen series as I've seen with other reactions. lol Well I'm sure they'll vibe with this arc as a whole as things kick up more.
@@raec5426 yeah these two especially Caleb are on the pessimistic tragedy sides of things they always want tragic stuff happens for no reason 🤣🤣😭 I remember when hange died Caleb was making fun of her I was like bro ..relax she is a fan favourite
@@mohamedismail6777 Yeah, like for MHA obviously that's not a series to expect massive death from as one of the more optimistic type of battle shonen. AOT has a good amount of death and a lot of tragic themes so probably why it's a favorite for them. I don't remember them making fun of Hange for that, I might have to watch that reaction again. lol
@raec5426 They were SO BAD about this in their MHA reactions lmao
@raec5426 like yea I have my problems with Shounen series as well. My main gripe is when it is in it last arc and they "kill" characters just to bring them back a couple chapters later. It's annoying cause keeping that character dead would have been awesome but of course not. I don't wanna spoil you if you are anime only so all I will say the arc is still in its the beginning phase so I don't see the point to complain
it was a bit annoying to nobara job but it is what it is
Noobara is such a sakura
Hey guys can u move the Video to the bottom middle so i can zoom on my ipad
Nice reaction, but why would Sukuna use his minute to save Yuuji? That would be a WASTE. Please remember Sukuna's personality and everything he did and said in the first season, especially during the prison mission. Anyway, I hope you find interesting next episode.
