Even though I am a Turkish, I did also have a hard time to understand what is going on in this movie. After watching several times, I understood it. So you are right to be confused.
4:42 Why did the Police come?
They are not real police. These are fake police from the same gang to extort money out of the businessmen. The main character (Yılmaz Erdoğan, the one with the moustache) runs a organized crime gang, and both police and the women are all his team. They are threatening the businessman with a sex scandal trap.
4:57 Leak tape on news of what?
If the footage of the police operation that shows married, reliable businessmen with prostitutes is leaked to the media, it will harm their reputation and their business.
So the leader of the gang, who acts as a reliable businessman and their future business partner tells the businessmen busted with women that he has offered bribe to the police to forget about this incident.
5:11 Did they take his kidneys?
He accidentally took part in the businessman fraud, so they think he needs to take a share from the profit they obtained the day before. That guy from the gang is also making jokes. They did not take any kidneys.
    6:00 Daughter and spying?
His ex wife divorced from him because he is basically a thief and a swindler. She doesn't want her daughter to see him, because of his criminal lifestyle. But the guy is still an emotional father and wants to kidnap her own daughter to be able to see her and spend some time with her.
    7:07 Clarification
The organized crime gang stole a car from this highly educated family. Then another member from the same gang sold a different stolen jeep to this family. So they lost a lot of money and swindled twice.
New, accidental, awkward member of this gang, Superman, fell in love with the daughter of this family. So he just wants to help his crush, without knowing that his crush was swindled by his own team.
The father of the family wants to leave the whole affair to Police. But the mother and their daughter do think that the Police will not care and want to contact with other thieves or the gang itself to recover their money.

Thank you so much for writing all this. I get it so much better now.
There was a lot of "eye openers" like this -> Superman just wants to help his crush, without knowing that his crush was swindled by his own team. (I didn't thought about it. That Superman didn't know Umut was cheated by his own team)
After Superman, Umut and her mom had that lunch meeting. Azim tells Superman he can't pay "girlfriends" debt 100 000 - but then asks for the address anyway (presumably to Müslüm's house) - This was very confusing because I didn't see that Umut and her mum ever told Superman anything during the lunch.

This film reflects a lifestyle and a culture in Istanbul in the 2000s. The method used to do this is mostly with Turkish jokes, the way of speaking and the reactions include a lot of street language. Occasionally the characters reflect the cultures in different parts of the turkey. I don't think it's a movie to be interpreted as a script or as the story of the movie. A comedy-drama that reflects the energy and people of time.

Also this show has a lots of funny characters. In Turkey you can watch it from netflix but I dont know maybe you cant watch it in USA or europe because of the location. But I definitely suggest this show.

Like you said, Acting, music, production... It's all great with most muvies from Turkey. But I think there is a huge culture barrier here.
Some jokes are much funnier when it's your first language and you know the actors. Some scenes hit much harder when you're from the same culture.
Also all the actors are very popular in Turkey, so It's also a big ensemble movie.

Hello Janne, I like watching your videos. The reasons that make this film special and watchable: 1-For the first time in Turkey, Istanbul was viewed from a bird's-eye view with a drone camera in a motion picture. Seeing the unique sights of Istanbul in this way is one of the first for Turkish cinema. 2-The best comedians of Turkey star in this film together.(Yılmaz Erdoğan,Asım-Cem Yılmaz,Müslüm-Tolga Çevik,Superman) 3-Other actors are actors who have appeared in lead roles in other films. You know, the fact that the best comedians are in the same movie is hard to predict and remarkable.
Especially if you tell people who have lived in Turkey over a certain age some of the lines in this film, they will say that they know these lines. I think this movie is neither very funny nor very drama,I think this movie has an occasional smile and catchy short jokes that make good black humor.

This movie requires quite a bit of Turkish cinema knowledge, because the texture of the movie is very Turkish. There are a lot of jokes based on Turkish sayings for example Yılmaz Erdoğan said "I tip a lot", the original dialogue is "Tipim değilsin", "Tipini bol veririz" this is a joke between Turkish and English, first "tip" is type, the second "tip" is "tip", there are a lot of things like this, not only the jokes but also the story telling is like that. For example the character which is played by Cem Yılmaz, he is a criminal and his type is something you would be scared, you would stay away if you see someone like that in Turkey, buuut he speaks very very very polite, you wouldn't understand it from the subtitles. Why I like Organize İşler? Because it is so real, it is a true drama and it feels really close to our lives, that's why it is especially hard for you to enjoy it, also you would see most of Turkish people who does not like this movie is also far to Turkish culture and from "sosyete", and the movie is also not meant for them even mocks them. TLDR: You need to know the Turkish suburb culture well and enjoy it in a way to get the movie.

It's one of the greatest movies based on human nature and society. (I tried my best to find a great movie that doesn't need cultural referances to understand fully. I hope I succeded on it. :D )

Although everyone's drama is the same, the style of comedy is very different. To really like this movie, it is necessary to know the language and culture. Thank you for video...

Hello mate. I just watched your video and wanna give some information to clarify you. Im high and normally i never would effort to do things like respond youtube videos. So its better if you see that one.
First of all its one of my favourite movies in our movie history, in 15 years, i watch this movie several times every year. Still i might find new details to fill the story in my mind. This is the best thing for this movie and this way normally gets good commends in time for cult signature movies. For example you might find same way in Tarantino movies. The difference is Tarantino Movies actors are famous and people got used to see them in screens all around the world. The all actors and actresses in Organize Isler got really back round and histories in Turkish Theatre and Cinema Culture. Now im 28 yo but i've grown with Demet Akbağ as Umut's(The Girl in Organize Isler)Mother's actress performed theatres when i was like 5. Thats why I got little upset that you did not like it but also i understand that thought because its a different culture to you.
    Here is some tips from your cuts;
    "freelance business"
means serbest meslek in Turkish. Not our generation but in our fathers generation it was a popular word to say if you don't want to talk about your job, some reason you might shame on it. As a turkish man to watch the movie you could understand that character actually feel the shame for his job and the story continue you remember that word and everything settle in your mind.
    "Euro-Avro Situation"
in that years we have a situation "how to spell euro in Turkish" and government changed the spell. In the street everyone started to correct each other and got argue because of this topic. after all these years this film taste like good old days in your mouth.
    "Bar-Hotel Scene"
They were trying to fool two rich business men to take money and slip away quietly. And the trick is very good. Trick: get drunk the business men, laugh to all shit jokes which they make, make them sleep with bitches, and bust them with fake polices and want money to remove the tape which is already yours. If you got pay attention enough, you could realize that Comissar same guy who were trying to open a stolen safe in refrigerator. But THE THING is in that years we had a special TV program to discover and show these tapes and crimes as journalist ID to country. Here we go again; good old days.
    "Surgery Prank"
In that times it was a famous crime to kidnapp people and steal their kidneys and leave them street. Even our parents warned as "dont be late, becareful or someone steal your kidney" with little bit humour
    "Spying Daughter"
The all characters in this film are so deep, the time doesnt enough to fit all the story. So director wants to blanks got filled by the audience and its not hard to understand that part. Maybe i think in that way because i watched it like hundred times ^^ Asım(The Head Thief) has grown in street, so you are predator or pray. He thinks in that way at least. He got a married but after a while they divorced.(I made this inference from mother of child doesnt allow him to see her daughter as he said, thats why he had to spy his own daughter. He's in a shame for being a thief and even its hard to take it, he knows his ex wife was right to left him. He accepted that much time ago but still revolts the faith.
I have to say that too, in the restaurant scene (the guy never talk, superman and Head Thief), superman asked the silent guy; you are not mute why dont you speak and he responded "i talked too much in time, saw no benefits and stopped. You can make a movie for this story which is under these words.
"Family made an argue at home"
Police did not help the family to find thieves and take the money back(as ussual). So Umut wants to find thieves with their owns and make a plan to get the money back. But her father still believes to police and dont want to take a risk to put his family in dangerous situation.
    "What debt What address"
The Man who baits the thieves is mafia which is Umut made an interview for a job. She asked for help from the mafia to get the money back, and she told the superman someone took their 100k euros as debt and wont pay it back, so help to get the money back as trick to catch the thieves by mafia. She gave the mafia's address to make them to go their for trap and push them to money back which is stolen from the thieves with stolen car trick. I know its normal to cant understand this part at first watch. You are right in this point.
    "Money on the table Scene"
After all of these, Mafia got money from thieves and gave back to family. Umut and her mother did all the things secretly from her father. But finally when all over, they tell the story to father, and he still upset that thieves got beat all because of money.
But yeah all in all its a Turkish movie and we feel more sensible in these scenes and all the stories of characters. Even the side role characters played by most loved theatre and movie actors, writers. They make us laugh even with a smile.
If you have another questions, free to ask bro.

This was the longest comment I have ever received. Thank you for the effort explaining everything. Now I feel I need to watch that movie a second time.
I remember stolen safe in the refrigerator scenes and I thought they we so out of context - but now when u said in those scenes you could maybe put pieces together. Also I thought carrying the coffin scene was out of context - and didn’t take the story forward. (Well they stole something in that scene too.)
Anyway thanks for explaining why this movie is liked by so many 🙏🏻😊

Actually it is not a action movie or something special. It only offers a small glimpse of life and sometimes it's nice to watch such unpretentious and simple emotions.
