My friends and I have been smoking since middle school and now are in top colleges being quite successful in life. I think it very much depends on the person.

I have a hard time getting a good night sleep aswell. Trying melatonin, valerian root, passion flower extract and they all cause weird and lucid dreaming for me. Something about drinking supplements for sleep also giving me weird dreams.
Everyone wants something different out of relationships with romantic partners, to give advice on how you should treat your partner is assuming the person receiving it wants the same thing as you do. Imo opinion most of the advice your giving sounds like a good way to eventually get cheated on.
Bruh Tim literally puts more work in to this show than Suga does. Sorts through fan questions, directs the conversations, and inputs production ideas. Plus they’ve both been fighting, training, and hanging together since long before Suga was in the UFC, let alone one of their higher profile fighters. If anyone’s “riding out” suga’s fame, it’s all of us who sit here and consume this shit instead of doing it ourselves.
