    I love how the first agreement is winterhold or Riften. The destroyed City with the mages college, or the alternative Riften the city of thieves. There was no good choice there lol, I also love how Ulfric genuinely seems to just end this war.

    • @andryuu_2000
      @andryuu_2000 Год назад +1

      Nah, Riften is way better than Winterhold, the thieves are way more useful for the empire than they are for the Stormcloak.
      Also no, Skyrim is still part of the empire, always been it's strongest province and will always be part of it. If you love talos, you know the empire stays.

    I always hated the peace treaty, cause honestly
    despite being a diehard Stormcloak
    sitting there watching the two sides bicker really made me think two things:
    1. "None of these people should be at the negotiating tables. Where are your diplomats and lawmen? Ulfric and Elisif are really the only ones with any right to be there, to rubber stamp the agreement."
    2. "If these are the factions we're dealing with. We'd be better under the Forsworn."

    • @thebiggerboat3236

      Stormcloaks are idiotic malcontents who are led by a man who cheats an honor duel by essentially bringing a gun to a sword fight by using the voice. Were they to have it their way, they'd throw out the Empire and mark them as enemies and remove the only thing stopping the Dominion from sweeping in and crushing Skyrim for a second time. This is actually exactly what the Dominion wants. Divide and conquer. That is why, upon investigating the Thalmor Embassy, they have Ulfric Stormcloak documented as an asset who can even be approached if absolutely necessary. The longer the Civil War draws out, the easier it will be for the Dominion to conquer it, then the Empire. If the Stormcloaks win, the treaty is thrown out and Skyrim loses Empire support. All bets are off, and the Dominion will easily level Skyrim and enslave it's people. Then, they'll move to Cyrodill. No real Imperial actually shares Thalmor beliefs about Talos or anything. The only people you see saying those things are stupid and corrupt Jarls and noblemen.
      That being said, the Forsworn are absolutely the worst. Daedric-worshipping savages who murder, rape, and steal anyone and everyone they come across, no matter their intentions. If I had to choose between the Forsworn and Ulfric Stormcloak, I'd take Ulfric in a heartbeat.

      @@thebiggerboat3236 Calling the Forsworn Savages is Cyro-centric and problematic.
      They aren't savages, they are misunderstood freedom fighters who have had their land stolen and colonized for centuries. And you know, sure maybe a portion of them worship Daedra, but what's wrong with that? The Dunmer worship Daedra and they are fine folks, I have plenty Dunmer friends.
      The Kingdom of the Reach was a peaceful State during its existence following the overthrow of the corrupt, and oppressive Nord Jarl. When the Nords retook the city, it was the Nords who brutalized the region and the native people! Hundreds were executed and imprisoned unjustly!
      You are obviously brainwashed by Imperial and Nord Propaganda trying cover up blatant colonialism and genocide!

      @@andrew-paulclements1502 The next time you're traversing a Forsworn camp, maybe stop and actually take a moment to look around you. Then you might finally see just how F'd in the A the Forsworn really are. Being a peaceful kingdom doesn't make you a good kingdom. And the Forsworn are quite evidently the enemies of all, especially the Nords that you support. Ironic isn't it.

    Ever since the Bend Will shout came out and it was a ready and easy option to complete the entire Dragonborn DLC fairly quickly and easily, you can fly on a dragon without Odahviing.
    Wish you could just skip this entire peace-council stuff.

    Funny cause in the Thalmor embassy you find a letter showing that Ulific of the Stormcloaks is working with the Thalmor! He's a traitor

    • @Newvamp
      @Newvamp  8 месяцев назад

      I am quite aware of that, but it is interesting that you mentioned it because Ulfric receiving aid for his rebellion is not that surprising. What you need to understand is that the Thalmor have an unsteady peace with the Imperials. They failed to defeat the Redguards in Hammerfell and the Imperials have two regions that are both connected to Skyrim, which would make an invasion impossible as the Aldmeri would have to fight a constant supply of Breton and Nord troops. So given that context, what would the Aldmeri do? Simply put, Cyrodil is their main objective and in Skyrim, political instability could lead to a revolution, which would sever connections to and from High Rock. It would make absolute sense for the Aldmeri Dominion to prop up Ulfrich. As to why Ulfrich would accept that, its because an enemy of an enemy is a friend and a revolution is likely to fail without support.

    The volume level is ludicrously, stupidly, way too LOW.
    Why?
