You actually are -1 max points to spend if you were never planning on buying K/P skills: 10 in motivator + 16 in Architect = 26 points already spent. 10 for Tactician Unlock + 15 more points on abilities in Tactician to meet the Architect requirement =25 total points. 25 - 26 =-1

the 10 you spend to unlock the tree counts towards the 25 so you really only have to buy 3 abilities in tactician. Noticed you quoted the math wrong multiple times

Mizzu is a sleeper bro I took the head coach position and realized my OC already had scheme guru unlocked and my DC has master motivatior and they’re both D- grades meaning they will stay for a few years and keep upgrading 💯it’s pretty good imo

The spreadsheet has a list of Every single coach, their grades, and each and Every single ability they have unlocked so you can see exactly where to find your value coaches and staffs.

Bonus: for those who really love Strategist, there are three coaches that also have Strategist unlocked without points spent in Tactician. They are the head coaches for Bowling Green, Buffalo, and Arizona State.
