Developing 14 Townhomes through Real Estate Collaboration

Hello friends! In this video, we take a look at the progress of our new construction project in North Houston. The first set of 4 townhomes are almost complete, which will then allow us to start construction on the other 10 lots. By collaborating on this project, we are able to expedite this process for ourselves, investors, and builders. As one of the entrepreneurs project, I am actually able to participate and profit off of this project while having no money or credit tied into it.
