Wooden floors should be used only if you are alert all the time. They can absorb water from wet feet also, and swell up. We actually changed our flooring from wooden to tiles.

The renovated apartment looks very good 👌 I have a few questions: 1. I see you have used white quartz as kitchen counter-top. Doesn't it become yellowish after years of use, specially in the frequently used areas like near the oven? Isn't dark granite better in that sense? 2. I see you have used half-glass partition for the shower area in the bathroom. any reason for not going with a full (sliding-door) partition? will a little bit of water not splash outside while taking shower? 3. For the drinking water outlet that you have used in the kitchen, how does the water come up from the filter below? Is there a small motor for that? Do you have to keep the filter on for all time? 4. What music system are you using along with your living room tv? Is it good for different experiences (sports, movies, music)?
