If you have all mk11 characters fusion v just open klassic packs because there is a chance to get Klassic liu liu boy and raiden.
Klassic packs have very low chances. 400 for 10 percent is kinda low in comparison to 300 for 14 percent

Star I think the team soaked team with klassic rain and klassic raiden is unstoppable right now with the power bug. I tried it and Rain can basically proc team soaked instantly, while Raiden can spam special 2s with each and every combo????
