Finally! The thing I was looking for!!! Yoga sessions for men *and* for surfers. 2 birds, one stones! I'm fully stoked! Thank's Tim.
Hey Tim, I never leave comments on RUclips but I've been doing your videos regularly for a few months and this was my favourite. Thanks so much for gifting us these videos. You touch on it a few times, but it would be great to hear you describe more often what we are likely to feel and where, and what not to feel when in a pose or stretch. And even some little tips to keep other parts of the body activated that are not obviously part of the pose. But really, you are incredible.
Great series. I would love a 30 minute practice for us new mums to do in the morning to undo all the damage of breastfeeding and carrying around a heavy baby all day, as well as strengthening the core and getting back into a regular intermediate practice. Thanks so much :)

I'd love you to do a video for people with disabilities and limited mobility. Partly to show them that, no matter what, you can do yoga. I know there's loads of videos for beginners but I feel you just add a bit of magic with how you explain engagement of muscles and alignment, you don't make it over complicated and you're very good on how to use props. Dear Tim, I‘m sorry. I didn‘t want to sound rude or ungrateful... when multitasking such things happen easily...good reminder to stay focused only on one thing at a time. I love your flows & I‘m ever so grateful for all the work you invest for us! And yes, your flows are all structured so well with a good balance between strength & stretching. What I meant is that the most flows you find for mums are mostly too much focused on relaxation or then too much to build up tummy muscles. So what I would wish is a strong flow for all the pack aches which occur through carrying, nursing & lack of sleep & also some specific relaxing poses for those areas. And at the same time not too much core strength. I know, doing postures right always include core strength...but for new mums that can be a bit of a struggle. Hope I explained myself a bit clearer now. Bur no matter what topic you will choose in the end one thing is for sure: it will be a great one. Have a good say & thank you
Hi Tim, this was a really good practice. I'm not a surfer but I do home workouts with both body weight and dumbbell plus tabota and zumba workouts. The movement from all those workouts puts stress on all my joints. I love all kinds of exercise regardless. This surfer practice worked wonders for me and I will definitely practice it over and over again. Thank you so much. I have no requests at the moment and absolutely appreciate all these videos. Much Peace, Love and Blessings to you always! Namaste!
Now that the challenge has finished i am going over a heap your classes i have saved in a playlist. I am not a surfer, but this class was thoroughly enjoyable and is what I needed after a Focus T25 Speed 3.0 workout with a gazillion burpees in it, followed by a 7km hike with my family. Thank you!
Tim I can't thank you enough for this! Did you 30 day yoga challenge and now I'm doing this every day after strength training / surfing (day 17) and my mobility is through the roof- I can do things and hold positions that I never dreamt or got close to! I really think this is changing my body completely, and it's thanks to you :)
Hi Tim! "Don't do this before..." - oh well, too late. Next time warn me sooner! While I like practices like these that are particularly good for my body given my other activities, I always have a slight distaste for anything called "Yoga for..."; it seems to me that. yoga isn't meant to only be a tool. The reason I like your movement series is hat it treats yoga as an end (albeit one that serves us) rather than a means. Thank you, as always, for these. Namaste.
Hey Tim! Just enjoyed your Yoga for Surfers class. I’m a big fan of the stretches you lead us through but wonder if you could extend the length of each stretch? It feels a little rushed atm. I wouldn’t mind your overall practice being 10 mins longer - it’s well worth the time! Thanks heaps!
Hey Tim! I think that a 7 day yoga series for weight lifters would be great. I workout 5 days a week after work and try to do yoga every morning when I wake up. It helps me be alert for work and if I get the right Senesi video in, it really helps with my workout later. I’ve gotten quite a few friends watching your videos too for the same routine! Here is what I do: Mon: Chest/triceps, Tues: back/biceps, wed: legs, thurs: shoulders, Fri: arms. It would be great to have a 30-45 minute morning flow to help with the workout coming up that night and two recovery flows on the weekend! I’ll put a poster up in my gym of your RUclips channel if you do this for us! 😂 thanks again man. Montana loves you ❤️
