The only thing I would have added was a 1/4 cup of white wine to break the glaze just before the cream/milk. Otherwise, a delicious recipe for shrimp that is pleasing to any seafood lover. ( not saying it wasn't without the wine, just my little tweak on the wonderful dish ) Nice video.

Tip: dont squeeze the garlic, just smash it with a big knive. OK, i'll try to add milk next time. New idea for me.

Creo que hacer esa receta con unos camarones o con unos macarrones saldría el mismo resultado ,muchas especies y mucho tiempo de cocción. El marisco tiene sabor propio y en menos de 5 min está perfecto
I think the amount of milk added needs to be halved ! It works quite well without the milk addition, instead a little sprinkle of vodka till evaporation works well .

I am not even sure why he bothered with the milk. I would have pulled them off and skipped that step. Should have turned the heat down on the butter and used raw shrimp to start.
Personally I would have removed the tail shell for easier eating, using raw shrimp is the way to go, to keep them from over cooking, and loosing that softer texture. I agree with "North" shrimp has to be flashed cooked!

I'm not going to mention the length of cooking time. I'm going to just say that that was way too much salt. Shrimp already has a bit of a salty taste without salt. Especially when butter is added, that must be really salty. I'm not impressed.
Shrimps r very soft and if It's cooked for 10 min it will be hard and rubbery.

За 10 минут они перестанут быть едой! Да и чеснок превратится в уголь. Я бы не стал это есть!!!
