CERT bag example for my car - when 9-1-1 can't get there, emergency supplies

If disaster strikes out in the world, I'm just a civilian (and not a deployed Community Emergency Response Team member) but I keep these supplies with me all the time, just in case.
(My helmet doesn't fit in the pack, but it's in the car.)
(I also usually have a separate blizzard/evacuation go-bag with more clothes, food, etc. in it.)

EFFAK is one of those homework assignments you hope you'll never actually need to turn in. It's a long document, so give yourself plenty of time to work on it in stages, but set yourself a due date. :)
