I haven't been in Lewes, Delaware but now I would like to check it out and see what is different from Rehoboth beach. As a recently retired gay man from Philadelphia Rehoboth Beach would be a very attractive place to make my permanent retirement home. However after some quick internet research I think it is just too expensive for me. Lewes might be a better choice. I was wondering if there are any other nearby towns are still even more affordable ... especially ones not near the beach but, say, within 20 miles of Rehoboth. I'm looking to buy, and I'm downsizing so a condo would be a good option for me. Any suggestions?
