This is absolutely wonderful! I love how you perfectly capture how much Obi-Wan and Anakin loved one another, and how broken Obi-Wan became by Anakin's betrayal and fall to darkness. Their relationship is my favorite in all of Star Wars and you absolutely did justice to it.

Can you please do a Leia and Anakin / Vader edit next. Are so alike in so many ways and sadly their relationship was never really explored, but I would love to see what has been shown in that relationship in one of your edits. If you’re looking for quotes, I hear Bloodline by Claudia Gray is a good book about them.
I can't believe the writers chose to reinforce old bs like "Vader killed Anakin" only to justify what Obi-Wan says to Luke. Come on! Either "I am what you made me" or "I killed Anakin so you're the perfect Jedi" - you can't have it both ways! And after this monumental discovery, after being served the ultimate opportunity on a plate, after truly apologising from the heart "for all of it"... Obi-Wan AGAIN doesn't get it, and once more abandons his Brother to his fate (literally turning his back on him). What's the point of all the feels, then? (Quick mention of Vader's "I did" sounding chilling to the bone... there's like a pleased evil smile behind it, a bit of a sing-song intonation, and something not quite human but neither totally other...) Having said that, I think this is an amazing video. The emotions reach paroxystic levels. I'm new to this ship and it's like I can see where before I was blind. Of course it's about the Brothers, all of it... all the greatest stories of all time. People are gonna say everything gets retconned as gay these days... but I don't care.
You're missing the point. In Vader's mind, it was the ultimate middle finger to Obi-Wan. Because he would never allow Obi-Wan to claim responsibility for his creation. By claiming he killed Anakin, Vader both hurts Obi-Wan and twists the knife by denying him any credit.
I can’t help thinking that if Obi Wan had not come off Padmae’s ship while she was talking to Anakin, Padmae might have been able to talk Anakin into going with her to Naboo. Maybe going back to Courasant to kill Palpatine, ending the Sith.
