Since I live in the Philippines (which BBW has no shipping option), I have a regular seller who is living in the USA (who also has a shop here). It really warms my heart every time she sends me a free cellophane with that bow. It's not really a big deal for someone but for me it is. I am festive and I really like to give presents during Christmas.

These are so helpful! I'll be watching it again when I wrap presents! My mom, siblings, cousins, are all getting B&BW. lol And I've got a few backup gifts too if I need them from B&BW! Can't wait to use that last trick and omg the tissue paper one is so helpful! My mom knows how to do all these things and she does them like an ART - she's tried to show me but I should have recorded her doing it because I still don't get it. lol But with your video, I can just replay it as many time as I need. I always throw a little bit of that shredded paper that almost looks like Easter grass you know at the bottom of the cellophane bag😊

Hahaha, I totally get that! 🤣 My advice is shopper bag + tissue! If the store isn't too busy, you can even ask the employee to do it for you! I used to do it for my customers when I worked there! 🌲🥰

Melissa!! The WAY my SM & ASM don’t let us do ANY of this! We’re only allowed to direct the customer to the cellos, bows and tags in the containers and we’re not allowed to gift wrap with transaction bags. We wait until both SM & ASM are gone on PTO or call-out to offer this to our customers. When I tell you how stingy they are with it, I’m not exaggerating. I’ve been scolded multiple times… 😔😢
I could almost cry for the deprivation and sales pressure our customers go through. And our overall conversion numbers are indicative of that experience. Our numbers are best when we don’t pressure or claw back on the experience.
