Hi Erica, you're such a blessing to a lot of people. I've been watching your videos one after another and you inspire me to start my own candle business. Thank you! :")
I just started my business, a friend gave me my first order. Then I realized I did nothing for the packaging and presentation 😑. It's like you know what exactly your viewers want and you give it to them.
Very helpful! I was very weary about the whole shipping process/packaging the candles and your video has eased my worries. Thank you so much for being so transparent with all your methods. Love and light to you🌞!
Love your videos! I use the honeycomb as well and learned that in need to wrap it taught in order to keep it “bubbly”. There’s also a certain direction to wrap it, otherwise it’ll fall flat like it started with. Hope this helps!
I sent 300 to 400 grams scrub in glass jar without plastic at all by wrap it with 3 sheets of corrugated paper, tied it with hemp rope, and put it in the box, filled by shredded reuse brown packing papers. Never have any single complain about it since January 2020. I found about it because most of ceramic glass and plates that sold in furniture store like Ikea and ACE use the same method.
love honeycomb paper. Better for the earth and fits my brand aesthetic a little bit better. I ship a lot of fragile items and I haven't had any complaints yet.
Unfortunately your brand of honeycomb paper was out of stock. ☹️ I watched another chandler use this paper as well. Thank you for helping me get where I want to go! Your vids are priceless but so incredibly helpful! Thank you, Mama!❤
Hi Erica ! What would be the sizes with your experience for a 12 oz candles for the box sizes ? And can you explain how do you ship with the adresses of the clients ? Do you go to the p office with all your box and the adresses ? Thanks ❤
I’m not sure if you did a video like this or if this will make sense. Haha but can you do a video on how to get your business name legal like should we make a $30/month Shopify to lock in our name or how to go about that?
Thank you for all your videos! They have helped me plan how to open up my own business in a few months. In regards to one of your videos of the room spray, the formula that you shared, what would the fragrance load be using that formula? Thank you for all your help and I'm excited to see your channel grow 😭
Love the details on supplies and all the ideas. One question I had was how do you prepare for multiple orders? Do you keep just certain size boxes on hand? Do you ever try to get boxes when orders come in just to accommodate?
Yes I just keep certain sizes on hand! Mainly 6x6x4, 8x6x4, regional rate a boxes and medium flats rate boxes. And then I just determine which box is going to be the cheapest for that order!
Hi Erica! You do excellent learning videos that provide so much information that...well basically...did not think of :) Also, I think that you have a number of viewers, one being me, that would like to know where to find the drawstring bags :)
Thanks for another wonderfully helpful video, Erica. 😍 Do you still use the thermal bubble wrap for hot weather shipping? I don't understand why more folks don't talk about this. In some areas of the country, it's warm all year round, while in most other areas, there's the potential for hot temperatures at least 1/3 to 1/2 the year. I've encountered a lot of makers in FB groups who just shut their business down during the warm months... I want to make a living doing this, so I can't imagine how that's sustainable!
Completely random, but I've watched a few of your vids, you checked out Amazon Handmade yet? No UPC's required, 15% fee per item sold, but pretty sure that includes shipping etc. Could be wrong, always some fine print somewhere lol
Hii erica I m from india I actually attended a workshop of candle maling class amd i m so confused abt this business to start But i really want to do it Plzz help me want to talk to u

It takes some time to learn and grow with your packaging and presentation. My first orders were not pretty at all!
Hii aradhya where r u from..??

Erica, you are very generous. God bless you richly 🥰
Thank you for your videos, you really helped me get on my feet and help me learn more. Planning on opening in spring

Awesome video! Thanks!
I absolutely love your videos, they are so helpful! I was wondering if you include the price of your packaging in the price of your candle?
I’m not sure if you did a video like this or if this will make sense. Haha but can you do a video on how to get your business name legal like should we make a $30/month Shopify to lock in our name or how to go about that?
Hi where do you buy your shipping supply I'm having a hard time finding a good supplier

First..
Love your videos.. Very informative
Thank you for watching 🤍
Do you have a link for the upgraded box you now have?
Great video!
Your link to the honeycomb paper goes to the link and it says it's currently unavailable. You may want to create a new link.
What size are the cloth bags that you have in the video and what size is that jar?
Your videos are so helpful, thank you. Do you recommend etsy or shopify? Do Etsy sales transition over easily?
I recommend both! Etsy is super easy to start on, but Shopify is fantastic to be able to have more freedom/options! 🤍
So informative, thank you so much. 💕🤗
🥰

Do you put anything extra in the package to prevent the candle from melting?
You can! I’ve used this cool shield bubble wrap many times! www.uline.com/BL_2171/Cool-Shield-Bubble-Rolls-and-Pallet-Covers?keywords=Cool+Shield
@@MemoryBoxCandleCo Thank you!!!!
