It's sort of interesting to see how the blue ProtoSoul reminds me of the Noise Forms from Starforce 3 when they have the default color palette instead of the FM-ian they're based on

The new ops in 4 are not up to par design or characterization-wise, barring Shuko, but she's also not new, she's a reused Legends character.
