Nokta Legend: Where is Stability? I Know Its In There Somewhere

- Wow, this feature had me so confused, so I decided to do a video on it. Did you know that the Nokta Legend has a Stability feature? The bigger question is do you know where to find it? By default it is turned on with a value of 3 but you will never see it unless you do this ONE thing.

Thanks Scott for showing me how to get to the stability feature! I had no idea this was even an option. I hope to get back out soon to a location where I found silver and I'm sure there's more and make this adjustment and see how it affects my silver findings. 😊

What is the stability setting doing? I can never understand that.

Dont have to lower the IF to 7 to see the ST the IF can be on any number and still can see the ST.

That's one thing i don't like about the legend. There are so many things hidden. It would be nice if there was an extra row of icons in the menu.

This must be for v 1.11 and above. With 1.09 IF and St only work in Beach mode.
You are correct
I am on 1.09 and have IF & Stability. But no Bottle Cap or Ground Surpression.

i dig all targets when i started we had no VDI only sound alone don't always trust vdi numbers here the tones even with cheaper detectors will do the same as most expensive
Maybe so, but I would prefer not to dig every signal.
a good detector pick up one used very easy one to use much easer to use the a mine lab etrac
The etrac is an a whole different category IMO. The 2 number system is a favorite of mine, I wish they didn't do away with it. Once you learn it, it all makes sense.

agree, an explanation what it does and why to adjust would be nice.
Do you have a coin setup for the noxs 600??
I don't because you can't really customize it like you can the 800, you need to have the ability to customize tone breakes etc.
why would you change it..was is gained and what is lost?
What setting do you run yours at you didn’t say in video.
I've never needed to go above 3 so far.
I can tell you hardly used your Legend compared to mine

Its not that they aren't smart, how would even know that feature exists if you can never see it unless, you dropped your IF down. Nokta needs to streamline their menus for the next Legend or whatever they come up with next. Menu navigation has a lot to be desired IMO.
