I'm watching the local news. They have a video on the rise in cost for fast food. People need to learn to cook like you're showing. (News said restaurants are going up in prices due to increase in cost of food & supplies and having to pay employees more. All of us have seen the prices rise, and simple economics tells us that you cannot increase wages w/o increasing prices, so you'll have extra income to pay the extra wages.)

I make the chicken and potato and carrots. And season with oregano, salt ,pepper ,garlic powder, onion powder and mix in a big casserole dish. Cover for 45 minutes
. Take off cover and roast for 1/2 hr. YUMMY.😊
