I LOVE this recipe, and the fact that you kept it so simple, does this recipe only work for dark meat? How is with boneless, skinless white meat. I’m thinking the Mayo/mustard mixture should keep it moist???

How much longer did you bake them after basting with the juices?
About 30 minutes. Total baking time should be 1.5 hours
