Thank you so much for this. I am at the beginning of my journey after discovering PVCs and freaking out. Next stop follow up with cardio doctor.

Glad you got a good report from the doctors. I hope the diet helps. Too much water is definately possible, but you can continue to drink a lot of water if you just add some electrolytes in every once in awhile to your water. I wouldn't give up, on the water, just add the electrolytes so you don't "dehydrate" yourself with too much water. Weird how that works...

Hi not sure if you remember me I commented on another video of yours I finally got my echo approved and I’ve been prescribed the same medication that your taking wich is metoprolol and was wondering how you do with taking it I have not tried it yet because I’m terrified of what the side affects will be just thinking about it gives me anxiety

      Hi there!
I started out at 50mg and went up to 150mg at one point. Only side effect for me was more tired and standing up quickly made me dizzy. Metoprolol is very safe, thousands of people take it daily for all kinds of heart issues but mainly high blood pressure. If you are nervous about taking it talk to your doctor about starting at a low dosage like 25mg, I am sure you will be fine!

@@gwheel3502Thank you for replying I finally got some answers I have mitral valve prolapse mild regurgitation wich has been causing my PVCs so I’m supposed to start metoprolol today 12.5 mg I guess that’s a half of 25 mg it’s reassuring to here you had no scary side affects so hopefully I won’t either thank you again
