not expecting bmw performance, naturally, and if you wish to arrive calmly from a to b, any car will do - this is a perfect first car for a fresh new driver in my view. and regarding high performance cars - when can you really make use of the high performance you paid for? for unnecessary overtaking and for accelerating out of junctions incessantly ? only to get fined (living in UK - not speaking of autobahn) or god-forbid to end up as a ruble. I see it accelerates from 0 to 50mph promptly and smoothly - and 50mph is all you need as a beginner traversing highways and dual carriageways etc.

You should test this car in N-Line edition with 100 ps.
I opted for that one, and I 'm pleased, with manual transmision, 5 speeds !
Is Transmission 5AMT?
Yes. It shift weird, because while shifting there is no acceleration for like 2 second

Schönes Auto. Ich bevorzuge eher Schaltgetriebe. Aber ansonsten sehr schön.

Good for the city and national roads. 0-160 kmh... Never😄
On other part road i did hit 165 kmh and even flat but neeeeeed long time. At hard downhill i did 180 😂

It has the same consumption as the 1.5 TSI Passat. like a joke :)

This car is a joke, why would anyone go for a 66hp?? My bike could outpace it.

pretty bad car from price, automatic transmission,max speed,bad, acceleration, consumption..., I don't see any point buying this over 2-3 years old higher class vehicle especially diesel one
