And I thought you were going to connect both round pieces at the end with a beautiful stitch to make it a very thick trivet that will protect a table from hot pans. I think you could’ve ended that way. But anyway, great video and very good tutorial. 👏👏👍👍
I just made the first 5 rows and finished it off with the slip stitch to make it as a coaster 🤩
Do you happen to have a pattern for larger trivet? I love this pattern, thank you!
so - when you get to the end of the row, you do NOT join w/slip stitch?
i have the same question
Usually when u r doing single cr. U don't have to make a slip st. Rather u can continue making the single cr. To the next round and put a stich maker at the beginning of the row so that u will remember.
Good pattern , it took me a few minutes to figure it out but I did. Your instructions aren’t real clear as to each stitch. If I were a beginner I would have a hard time getting it. But Im not so I got it, thank you.

Beautiful❤ - looks difficult?
Are these safe to use for hot pans?
Great work, do you have a link to the crochet hook you used?
