After watching DOTD all these years I don’t know maybe hundred times I used to think the music never really fit the movie. It was disco era late 70’s. It hit me the other day catching up on a few versions (Ultimate Dead) boy was I wrong! Very eerie and atmospheric! Still ahead of its time in Covid 2020. It’s right up there with John Carpenter themes and definitely Tangerine Dream! I wasn’t worthy to even give the music the consideration it deserved all those years! Keep on rocking, guys!

Could you imagine the film Romero could have produced given a full budget. I love his movies....what he did truly on a shoestring was incredible. If he only ever got full backing what could have been.
