Just picked up the spices and that new 'Que is GREAT. Thank you again for what you do and the personalized note was really nice...It's the little things like that that count and will make people come back
The first thing I ever smoked was an 18# turkey at Thanksgiving many years ago in a Brinkmann electric barrel smoker and not a clue what I was doing. It turned out fantabulous! I wish I would have thought of a sandwich like yours at that time and put my cast iron to good use! Thanks Neal and Amy!
Good one, I had not thought of this combo for the griddle, super idea and recipe. We used the new Masterbuilt turkey fryer and it came out wonderful. That thing is a game changer. Downloading this recipe.
Neil good video , I just watched your twin on another channel, man ,, how long have I been subscribed to you can you tell ? I remember , the charcoal king now the flat top king now pits and pellets THATS AWESOME what's next my friend ?lots of work but I love to see a success channel , now buy a huge trailor and cruise America doing this THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA......
Great job, King, as usual. Now, if you could make the Croque Monsieur/Madame! As a mayonnaise hater, I can have a sandwich anywhere in the world without it. Peace out.
I am like you just give me a big plate of the left overs the next day. But with that being said how often do we eat with our eyes first. At the beginning when you showed those sandwiches I was like "Oh this is going to be so good" Just curious at the end was that a homemade cranberry sauce , or jellish, jamest, thing. Just seemed like it elevated it even more. I even wondered if you incorporated it into some of the sandwiches how that would turn out. And then I was like "Oh yea that would work too." Great Job!
Never a bad question....I find myself using less on the griddle than actually buttering the bread...I could be WAY off....other than that...I cant think of anything...
Dang!!! Looks so good
Looks fantastic!
That is killing it!!!! Well done!
Thanks
This is the best idea this year!!!
I appreciate that...and this one was well worth it..
@TheFlatTopKing I bet it was. My mouth was watering looking at that sandwich. Especially with the Cranberry sauce. Oh man that looked good

As a mayonnaise hater, I can have a sandwich anywhere in the world without it.
Peace out.
Great suggestion!
That sandwich looks great! What kind of jelly did you use?
Raspberry,....I think its the most common...
Neal another great cook….I need 2 Gluten free Monte Cristo sandwiches please!!
Yes sir...coming up....
Glad I have some leftover Turkey and ham😮💨😮💨😮💨 just need to find that cheese!!
Maybe just mix the two...honestly the boars head was out of the gruyere we used in our smoked mac and cheese..this was our 2nd option...
Oh yeah. That’s how you do leftovers. I make Monte Cristo at least once a month but with cold cuts.
Man....I cant believe we dont make more often...your right...

It was a raspberry jam....Hard to tell all the flavors with the jam...but I could not stop eating it with the jam....
When your wife clocks u! Never gets old 😂
I am curious too what kind of jelly did you use?
Raspberry...I think it the most common...
I am looking at pellet grills and pit barrel smokers. What should I ask Santa for? I respect your opinion.
Well just like griddles we would need to break it down some more...Price, size, reason, open flame available or not, etc...
Excuse my ignorance, but is there an advantage to buttering the grill over buttering the bread itself? ( if you have softened butter)
Never a bad question....I find myself using less on the griddle than actually buttering the bread...I could be WAY off....other than that...I cant think of anything...
@@TheFlatTopKing Thanks!!! I've done it both ways.
I take 2 togo please.
Absolutely...
I’ll have mine with a side of insulin, please…
Flipping mayo sucks!!!!
Then take it off....easy
please shave
