I had a neighbor a few years ago who was exactly like that. They mouthed of to me one day and I told her to go to hell. Went in and said out loud I wish they're heart would stop and drop dead. Went outside and hour later and there were EMS at her house. Pretty soon the funeral home came and picked them up. Turns out her heart stopped and they dropped dead in their hallway.
