@@63553 I know. What I meant was that now he can start flipping someore properties of maybe luxury as well. And maybe not just make apartments but more cool stuff too.
If you are given a number, two colours are needed; if you have a percentage, one will do.
Flip the train car after this - being small, it would make a nice office. :)

What I usually do, in the rooms that have two similar shades of paint - for example, the bathrooms with the Light Eosine and the Copper Coin... is to look at where the window is located. The lighter color goes on the walls where the sun would hit it. The idea is that as a lighter paint, it'll absorb less heat. (I know that idea probably comes from having lived in Texas most of my life. It also doesn't always work with what the game developers had in mind.)

Cats are not colorblind, and in real life, cats don’t eat and drink next to each other in the wild. Many people think that cats don’t drink that much, but that’s probably because they have their water too close to the food.
You have the fire doors in backwards. You're supposed to put the crash bars facing inward that way if there's a fire you can just run into the door and it'll swing outward towards the nearest fire exit.

I've found some new wall lights too, but they are small and not very bright. I've no idea why the things added in the latest update tend to be at the bottom of the list even if you search by "newest". Must be a bug.
When I bought this property later I turned it into a full on spa.
