Basically, Harley Brothers/Music/Bros is a band of instrumental music uploaded to Muzak. Yes they do exist on the internet, but anonymously that they couldn't be found on the internet elsewhere except some rare websites with them. And also it seems like none of the members in Harley have the name 'Harley' in any part of their name and they just seem to form it themselves. Yes Muzak is copyright but doesn't seem to claim or strike people in a way that is a lot of copyrighted songs as you may think.
@@yhfhdcf Also much of the music comes from independent studios in Los Angeles , Seattle, Nashville, etc Sadly speaking MUZAK has not recorded anything of its own for many years....

I think it might have been played in wtc mall or wtc 3 marriott but was most likely played in wtc 3 lobby
