Really got to get a nice old Cast iron Popover pan, then heat a tbls of oil in each pod, to 365. pour in batter in heated dish, place in 400 oven for 20 mins,
They sound like mini-Yorkshire puddings!

4 eggs, 2 cups warm milk, 2 cups all purpose flour. No leavening is used because steam causes the popovers to rise.
